SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping charges vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping and handling will be automatically added to your order when you check out with our convenient "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature. Simply fill out your Country, State & Zip/Postal Code and desired shipping method.

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMELINE
The Duck Store makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are typically shipped with 24-78 hours. During our peak season (mid November through December), high volume often causes delays. If an ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via a phone message or email and the item will be canceled from your order.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS

  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
  • Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of The Duck Store.
  • Orders are generally shipped on only business days (Monday—Friday). USPS Orders will not ship on federal holidays. Please factor in all holidays when estimating delivery times.
  • Please allow 24-78 hours processing before your order is shipped.
  • Fragile items, such as diploma frames, may have additional handling/packaging costs.
  • Canadian & other International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, due upon delivery.

NOTIFICATIONS & EMAILS
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the shipping address and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced in case you have any questions, concerns, or if you would like to request a change to your order.

You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and most likely include a tracking number.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS
At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order, from the drop-down menu underneath "Shipping Rates". Your total Shipping & Handling charge is computed automatically from the available choices. The S&H cost is dependent upon the size of your order and the shipping method.

Domestic orders will have the option of upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery (UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00pm (noon) Pacific Time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Orders are subject to a 24-78 hour processing period prior to shipping.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
UPS Ground: Most domestic orders may be shipped via UPS Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive in 1-6 business days after the shipment leaves our warehouse, excluding holidays observed by UPS. Shipments to PO Box addresses are not available for UPS shipping.

Priority Mail: Most domestic orders may be shipped via Priority Mail. The S&H cost varies, depending upon the destination and size of your order. Priority Mail is required for shipments to PO Boxes. It can also be an excellent option for rural locations and shipments to AK & HI. You can expect your order to be delivered in 1-6 business days after the shipment leaves our warehouse, excluding all Federal holidays.

UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air: Most domestic orders may be upgraded to UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive in 1 or 2 business days after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed UPS holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) may not get shipped until the following business day. UPS Air options are not available for shipments to PO Boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. The Postal Service delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS delivers weekdays, Monday through Friday. If you are ordering on Friday before noon and would like your order delivered on Saturday using UPS Next Day Air, please contact our Call Center at (541) 346-9495 or toll free (800) 352-1733 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday PST with questions. Sunday delivery service is not available.

Oregon-based residents can opt to pick up their orders conveniently at their nearest Duck Store for free! This option is currently only available at our Campus, White Stag or Bend Duck Store locations. Simply enter your shipping zip code into the online order form and the in-store pick up option will be available in the drop down menu.

GIFT/ACADEMIC SUPPLY CARDS
If you would like to purchase a gift card or academic supply card and have it available for pick up at our Campus Duck Store, please contact our Call Center at (541) 346-9495 or toll free (800) 352-1733 Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. We can expedite processing and usually have these available for pick up within a few hours (on business days). APO/FPO SHIPPING CHARGES
We are happy to extend our $5.99 flat rate Standard Shipping & Handling offer to US Service personnel serving worldwide. The shipping charge for APO/FPO addresses will be calculated automatically when you check out with our convenient "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature. Be sure to select USPS Priority Mail for these shipments, as UPS is not available for APO/FPO addresses.
