The gentleman who took my call was able to verify that my order was not already recieved. Then he took my order over the phone. Great Experience February 3, 2012 Reviewer: Tiffany from Fresno, CA United States   We were passing through town so I thought it wold be fun to get my 10th grade son a gift card from your store.  Within a few hrs. of ordering it I received a confirmation email saying it had already been shipped.  It came in a nice gift card holder and envelope.  We just used it a few days ago and we LOVED the store and spent just a little more then the gift card amount. :)  So pleased with everything.  Will definitely shop here again! birthday gift for brother! January 23, 2012 Reviewer: Paula from Reno, NV United States   I ordered the card just a couple of days before his birthday and it arrived on time.....My brother is an avid Duck Fan, and even though I live in Nevada I am also the receiver of a lot of wonderful gifts from the Duck store and I do watch every game and support the Team!!!  so when his birthday rolls around I try to send him a card that he can enjoy shopping with....This Year was even greater!!!  WE WON THE ROSE BOWL!!  .......thanks for your help and quick service!!!
